Featuring
Greg Weisman
demonstrating the set up of
a Lynx grill.
These grills are constructed to last of stainless steel.
LED and Halogen lights are used.
Discussions of cooking times and contrasts,
as well as the set up of the grill are covered.
This grill was chosen for it's quality of construction to be featured as a grill fueled by propane, and by a solar photovoltaic energy system.
Follow-up segments are being planned to demonstrate cooking on the grill and will feature Chefs from the sister series: " Great Gourmets ".

Gunter MFG has joined the series:

with their Flame retarding vent products which comply with the newly adopted SMF code 12-7A for the Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) areas of California.
A 1/4" cell Honeycomb matrix is coated with a water base intumescent coating, finished with a standard vent frame for ease of construction.
These products prevent flame and ember intrusion into attics and crawl spaces of the structure giving a better chance of saving structures and contents, helping to minimize loss and need to rebuild.
